We've come to the end of our chakra journey together - for now : ) The series of chakra classes will be taking a break over the summer. It's time for you to go out and shine your light and go outside to enjoy the abundance of light and warmth!! I will still be teaching various flow, gentle, yin and possibly some outdoor pop up classes over the next couple of months, so keep checking back either here or on the Facebook page to see my schedule.

I'll Be Back!
"The big question is whether you are going to be able to say a hearty yes to your adventure." Joseph Campbell
I'm not really going fishing . . . . . that's not my thing! I am "closing up shop" for a brief period of time though as I will be going on retreat in Guatemala. I learned about this place a few years ago, and I keep finding different connections that are coming up for me. Now feels like the time to go, so I am saying YES to this adventure : )
I hope to come back with some new offerings and things to share and already have ideas floating around about new classes, products and treatments that will be available on my return. I plan to resume teaching sometime in the next 1.5-2 months, so check back then to see what is shaking! Until we meet again . . . . . . shine on!!

I Am Open
Welcome 2015 and welcome to my online space - one of my projects for the new year. I stopped making New Year's resolutions a few years ago during a particularly tough emotional time where I looked back and realized I was setting resolutions based on what I thought I "should" be accomplishing. When I got to the end of the year, I didn't have these things and it made me feel like somewhat of a failure. I realize now that I wasn't basing my goals on what it was I truly wanted, and as I didn't really know at the time what it was I really wanted for my life, I came up with a word to set the tone for my year. This seemed to work for me, and I've been coming up with words or phrases for each upcoming year ever since. It wasn't until now that I realize that I was coming up with my own personal mantra, or intention, for the year.
