Group Yoga Classes - Yoga has helped me to open up not only on the physical level, but also on the mental, emotional and subtle energetic levels.  I aim to introduce students to different methods and techniques that have helped me and bring in a mindful approach to all of the classes I teach, encouraging students to notice what experience they are having in their bodies and minds in each moment.

Private/Small Group Yoga Sessions - Customized programs created with your needs in mind.  Personalized programs are created specifically for your body and goals.  Whether you want to learn yoga, develop a home practice or deepen your knowledge and understanding of yoga, classes are taught taking into consideration your abilities, obstacles and needs.  Sessions can be held in studio or can come to you in person or via Zoom.

Workshops & Special Events – Special one day or series of sessions to shake up your routine.  Focused workshops can cover a range of topics including introduction to the chakra system, chakra series, chakra balancing and healing, breath work & meditation. 
Thai Yoga Massage Treatments - This treatment combines physical and energetic work.  Thai yoga massage involves passive stretching and gentle pressure along the energy lines of the body.  This helps to increase flexibility, improve circulation and balance the body's energy system to aid healing at the physical, mental and emotional levels.

Reiki Treatments - Reiki is a subtle form of energy healing that helps ease tension and stress on the body and mind and promotes balance and healing through deep relaxation.  A series of hand positions are placed either directly on or just above the body to channel energy through and increase the flow allowing your body to heal and rejuvenate itself.
